With no traffic it will take about twenty-three minutes from downtown Houston. Take I-45 North.  Then take Exit 60 C for the Sam Houston tollway.  You will then merge onto TX-8 Beltway West. Continue onto Sam Houston Parkway West. Then take the exit onto State Highway 249 N/TX-249 North toward Tomball. Take the exit toward Greens Road/Gessner Road. After that, merge onto Texas 249 Access Road/Tomball Parkway, then turn right into the mall.  There is more parking on the north and south ends of the mall, so you may try those areas first as you look for the easiest parking at Willowbrook Mall. You can readily see the mall as you head north on Tomball Parkway, but it is not as readily visible as you head southbound on the Parkway.
